John Cathorall and his wife Ann had a son Stephen christened 28 FEB 1819 at Misterton, Nottingham.

In 1881 Stephen c.28 Feb 1819, an Agricultural labourer was living in Elkesley, with his wife Mary A. a Charwoman, born 1822 at Worksop, Nottingham, and their sons:

Stephen and Mary A. also had a daughter Emma, who married John Thomas Thompson. In 1891 John Thomas and Emma were living at 86 Main Street, Catcliffe. Also living with this family was John Cathorall, aged 13, a nephew, who was the son of William Cathorall b.1849 Elksley, and Ann b. 1846 of Handley, Derbys

 

In 1881 the above William and Ann were living at Peacock Row, Tinsley, Yorkshire:

Ann CATHORALL Wife age 35 Handley, Derby, England
Herbert CATHORALL Son age 8 born Apperknowle, Derby

The IGI lists JOHN CATHORALL m. 29 NOV 1804 at Clayworth, Nottingham to Ann LAWRENCE, they had a daughter ANN ELIZABETH CATHORALL c. 29 MAR 1807 at Eaton, Nottingham. Is this the same John and Ann above, who had son Stephen?
