Legatee: To said Son Thomas Brightmore - £50 charged upon Real Estate devised to his Son John, all his Quick and Dead Stock on his Farm at Catcliffe and all other his Personal Estate whatsoever.

The children were orphaned while young and the 1881 census Wilfred living two houses away from Henry Brightmore and his other children with a family called GIBSON. In 1901 Wilfred is living at 102 Station Road, Chapeltown, the adopted son of Mary A. Deorcy Gibson


Thomas Brightmore (c.1808) married Hannah White (c.1817 Shiregreen Sheffield) in 1838 at Rotherham. (Not sure where this Thomas fits in the tree)

In 1871 Census Frederick Street dob 1857 is servant within household. Address is Whitehill Road Brinsworth, Thomas is Farmer of 54 acres employing 5 men.

Hannah is is a widow before 1881 census only youngest son John thomas left at home
